Michigan Schools & Government Credit Union (MSGCU) is seeking a Call Center Representative to deliver high-quality member service by phone and email across member service, lending, and digital service queues.

You will use active listening to identify and resolve member needs, while cross-selling relevant MSGCU products to deepen relationships and help members achieve financial success. Team-oriented, with standard 40-hour weeks and supporting a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in financial services or 2 years in call center with sales/goals preferred.
• Suggestive selling experience in financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service via telephone and email across member service, lending, and digital service queues.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell MSGCU products and services.
• Resolve member inquiries by using active listening and calm, professional communication.
• Support team goals by being a cooperative and engaged member of the Call Center.
