Job summary

AAA is seeking a Branch Member Specialist to deliver Legendary Service in a sales-and-service environment. You will greet customers, identify needs, and cross-sell products while providing DMV license, registration, notary services, and travel materials.

Expect incentives based on performance and the chance to contribute to a supportive team. The role requires notary eligibility, retail or banking experience, and availability Monday through Friday with Saturdays as required by the branch.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid notary license as required.
• Notary Public must be obtained within 1 year.
• Able to work Monday–Friday during office hours, and Saturdays per branch requirements.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and customers and identify needs to provide Legendary Service.
• Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as required.
• Reach sales and service goals and participate in incentive programs.
• Prepare travel materials such as TripTik routes and travel information.
• Issue passport photos and handle payments with accurate receipts.
