Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a personable sales/service professional for our branch network. You will greet members, assess needs, provide DMV and notary services, and assist with travel planning including TripTik routes and hotel/car rentals.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED; Notary Public must be obtained within 1 year where notary services exist. Local travel may be needed; Monday–Friday and Saturdays shifts apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Notary Public license must be obtained within 1 year where notary services are offered.
• Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as required.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and customers, determine needs and provide Legendary Service.
• Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as required.
• Reach sales and service goals and earn incentives for multiple AAA products.
• Prepare TripTik travel routes, maps, tour books, and other travel materials.
• Issue passport photos and handle payments with receipts; balance cash drawer.
• Make hotel and car rental reservations and offer travel destination information.
