Planet Fitness PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer questions, take tours, and support sign‑ups at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming, helpful experience for guests and members.

The role requires honesty, strong customer service skills, and basic computer proficiency, with duties that include answering phones, updating member information, processing signups and cancellations, and helping maintain a clean, friendly club.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks:
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
