Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs is seeking a Member Services Representative for the afternoon/evening full-time shift. You will be the first point of contact for members, handle inquiries, process sign-ups and payments, and support club operations in a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, delivering excellent customer service, managing memberships, and assisting with tours and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work on-site, this is not remote.
• CPR/AED certification within required time frame.
• Tanning certification within required time frame.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist with memberships.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments.
• Answer phones and manage front desk tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the club.
