Planet Fitness is hiring a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to members, guests and prospective members. You will manage front desk activities, assist with sign-ups, and handle basic membership questions in a welcoming, professional environment.

The role emphasizes a friendly, proactive attitude, reliability, and strong communication as you support a healthy, judgement-free fitness community.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact professionally with members and coworkers.
• Diplomacy in all interactions and appropriate language.
• High School diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide outstanding service and make them feel welcomed.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, tour, and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates to members.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale system.
• Assist with new membership cards, addresses, and billing questions.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean and orderly; assist with facility upkeep.
