Job summary

TG3 Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to join our team as a part-time afternoon shift at a Planet Fitness club.

You will deliver exceptional customer service to members, prospective members and guests in a friendly environment, handle inquiries, and support tours and sign-ups. The role emphasizes on-site presence, with duties spanning front desk operations, membership processing, and maintaining club cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work onsite; this is not a remote position.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.
• Must obtain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Must obtain Tanning Certification within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Answer phones professionally and efficiently and provide information about memberships.
• Promote and explain current membership specials and upgrades (e.g., Black Card).
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the club and ensure a safe environment.
