Job summary

Core Development and Management-Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests, and prospective members in our club. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests and assist with questions at check-in.
• Promote Judgement Free Zone and assist members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Process memberships, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and support club targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of equipment and facilities.
• Report maintenance and safety issues promptly.
