Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior customer experience in our Judgement Free Zone. You will greet members, assist with sign-ins, answer calls, process memberships, and support club operations while upholding Planet Fitness policies.

The role includes sales goals, tours for prospective members, and maintaining clean, safe facilities across the club. Flexible shifts and part-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or concerns at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor and upholding policies.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Process sign-ups, update contact/billing information, cancellations, and transfer memberships.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and assess their membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities; restrooms upkeep.
• Maintain safety and address maintenance or policy issues promptly.
