Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver a superior, judgement-free experience to members and guests. You will greet members, assist with check-ins, promote the Judgement Free Zone, and support members on their fitness journey.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time shifts; you will handle sign-ups, billing updates, and basic sales while keeping the club clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions during check-in.
• Promote Judgement Free Zone and assist members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Perform membership sign-ups, contact/billing information updates, cancellations, transferring memberships.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, contribute to club monthly and yearly goals.
• Perform prospective member calls and tours; assess membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.
• Regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and Recovery Zone amenities.
• Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked by following schedule.
• Address safety/policy issues and maintenance needs.
