Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter or exit the club and assist with questions or check‑in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor and supporting fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
