Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior level of customer service to members, guests and prospective members in our Judgement Free Zone. You will greet, assist, and guide members on the club floor while promoting core values and maintaining club standards.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a positive attitude, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assisting them with any questions or concerns as they check in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Process membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Help achieve individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct member calls and tours to assess membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Regularly clean and sanitize all exercise equipment and Recovery Zone areas.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and orderly per cleaning schedule.
• Walk club areas to address safety and cleanliness issues.
• Report maintenance concerns for broken equipment.
