Georgia's Own Credit Union is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to handle telephone member inquiries across savings, checking, loans and online services. You will open new accounts, quote dividends, assist with transfers, and resolve member questions.

The role supports a flexible hybrid work arrangement, offering in-office collaboration and remote work as needed, with a base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for telephone member contact.
• Strong basic level math skills.
• Proficient use of PC and technology required for the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone service regarding savings accounts, inform general information and open new accounts.
• Explain dividends and process savings activities and withdrawals.
• Assist with checking accounts, including ordering checks and cards, and balance inquiries.
• Provide loan information and process loan-related requests.
• Support Online Banking, Bill Pay, and P2P enrollment and troubleshooting.
