Job summary

Delta Community Credit Union seeks a Member Service Hybrid Agent to join our Johnson Ferry location in Marietta. This role blends teller duties with member service, handling deposits, loans, and account management while delivering high-quality sales and member counseling.

Extended hours including Saturdays are required, with a focus on building relationships and cross-selling in a fast-paced branch. You’ll educate members on digital banking solutions and contribute to a positive branch image.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years’ customer service and/or sales experience.
• 6+ months’ cash handling experience.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and work accurately with numbers.
• Comfortable working with little to no supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to sit/stand approximately 8 hours a day.
• Must be flexible in relieving multiple branch offices and willing to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Handle deposits, withdrawals, checks and cash advances with accuracy.
• Process consumer loan applications, including reviewing and supporting documents.
• Open, close, and maintain member accounts.
• Educate members on products and digital solutions (mobile, online, Zelle, ATM).
• Provide excellent service to members and cross-sell products and services with integrity.
• Identify and resolve member concerns by partnering with members.
