First Commerce Credit Union is seeking a proactive Member Service Representative to assist members across Georgia locations. You’ll open accounts, guide product recommendations, and support digital banking while handling teller tasks with accuracy and care.

The role emphasizes service excellence, referrals, and building lasting member relationships within a community-focused credit union. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 18 months teller experience at a bank or credit union (or 12 months teller + 6 months customer service).
• Comfort with office technology and financial systems; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Opening deposit accounts and recommending products that fit member needs.
• Performing teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, and balancing.
• Assisting with account maintenance, debit card services, wire transfers, and more.
• Supporting members with online banking, safe deposit access, and financial tools.
• Notarizing documents, providing loan payoff quotes, and helping with direct deposits.
• Driving sales through service excellence and meeting referral goals.
