Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone service for savings accounts and inform members of information.
• Open new savings and checking accounts and process related transactions.
• Explain dividends, balances, transfers, and check activity to members.
• Assist with loans, VISA, Online Banking, and ATM card support as needed.
• Troubleshoot enrollment and password issues; escalate when required.
