Job summary
Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative to provide outstanding customer service to club members and staff at our Austin location. You will be the face of the club, handling membership sales, check-ins, and program promotions while delivering service that reflects our commitment to excellence.
You will support new member enrollments, maintain club cleanliness, and help keep the facility “grand-opening ready” every day, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of service-oriented experience preferred.
- Solid communication and writing skills required.
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
Responsibilities
- Greets members and guests with a smile and enthusiasm, supports member engagement per Crunch SLA.
- Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
- Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, childcare.
- Performs new member enrollment and guest conversion.
- Checks in members and guests per procedures; resolves issues or escalates when needed.
- Answers phones professionally and communicates events to members.
