Job summary

SECU seeks a Member Services Representative to support branch operations, open and maintain member accounts, handle cash transactions, and provide clear product information to members. You will process wires, notary services, and currency exchange while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

The role involves community engagement, strong communication, and ongoing training to master the CU’s products and services.

Responsibilities

• Handle account maintenance and opening of accounts for new members following procedures.
• Process wire transfers, currency exchange and notary services as requested.
• Balance cash drawer and process transactions across service channels (in-person, phone, digital).
• Attend community events to raise the Credit Union’s presence and educate members on products.
