Job summary

SECU is seeking a Member Services Representative to explain products, manage accounts, and assist members across in-person, phone, and digital channels. The role includes cash box management, notary duties, and community engagement to support SECU’s service model.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, problem-solving ability, and a proven balance record, with at least a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in related roles. A willingness to complete needed training is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience with member accounts and MSR role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle account maintenance and opening for new members.
• Process wires, tax-advantaged accounts, currency exchange, and related tasks.
• Provide Notary Public services as requested by management.
• Greet and assist members through in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Balance vault, ATMs, teller cash dispenser, and coin sorter.
• Respond to member requests and coordinate with other departments.
