SECU is seeking an Associate Member Services Representative to learn branch operations and provide exemplary member service both in person and by phone. You will handle routine transactions, balance cash drawers, and support account origination and maintenance under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must complete the Core Module Program within 12 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional manner in person, by phone, and via digital channels.
• Balance the cash drawer and process teller transactions with accuracy.
• Assist with account origination, maintenance, and basic waivers/requests as trained.
