Town & Country Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Representative to warmly greet members and handle a variety of financial transactions. You will process deposits and payments, assist members in person or by phone, and help create a friendly, efficient experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related experience in a financial institution or similar cashier role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accuracy and comfort working with numbers.
• Basic computer proficiency and keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan and credit card payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Balancing your cash drawer daily and ensuring all transactions are accurate.
• Assisting members in person, over the phone, and by mail.
• Identifying member needs and cross-selling products and services that add value.
• Resolving member concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
