Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative in Dedham, MA. You will deliver a high level of customer service to members and guests, assist with sign-ups, answer inquiries, and help manage memberships while promoting a welcoming Judgement Free Zone.

You will work with a flexible scheduling model, perform daily tasks on the club floor, and support sales goals while maintaining a clean, safe facility for all members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests at check-in and assist with questions.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership tasks: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, transfers.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and support club targets.
• Conduct member tours to assess needs; drive retail transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities; ensure restrooms are stocked.
