Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a courteous Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a welcoming Judgement Free Zone. You will handle sign-ups, tours, and sales while promoting the brand and maintaining club cleanliness.

The role offers flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time shifts, requiring strong communication, reliability, and the ability to assist on the club floor. Training is provided for CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests and assist with questions during check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and help members on the club floor.
• Resolve concerns and escalate to Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Handle sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers for memberships.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours to assess needs.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and Recovery Zone areas; sanitization done regularly.
• Perform routine club walks to spot safety or policy issues and address cleanliness.
• Report maintenance and facility concerns promptly.
