Job summary

Planet Fitness in Falmouth, MA is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver a superior, welcoming customer experience to members, guests, and prospective members in our Judgement Free Zone.

You will greet people, answer questions, process sign-ups and billing updates, promote memberships, resolve concerns, and help the club meet its daily and monthly goals while keeping the facility clean, safe, and well stocked.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and assist with questions or concerns.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor and offering support.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Process membership sign-ups, billing information updates, cancellations, transfers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours to assess membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Regularly clean and sanitize equipment and facilities and maintain restrooms.
