Job summary

Truity Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Member Services Associate to help our members with deposits, loans, and everyday banking needs. You will listen to member questions, explain products, and guide decisions that balance service and risk.

In this role you will originate and process consumer loans, handle account openings and closings, and provide accurate, friendly service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and AML regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• A high school degree or equivalent.
• Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development through training, education and self-study.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, loans, and account inquiries.
• Originate, evaluate, and process consumer loans.
• Open and close accounts, including mortgage accounts when applicable.
• Provide in-lobby and remote assistance and resolve member concerns.
• Process transactions and issue cards; manage fraud and identity issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to BSA/AML policies.
