Job summary

North Island Credit Union is seeking a customer-focused associate to provide exceptional member service, process loan applications and fund loans, and establish new memberships and accounts. The role involves promoting credit union products, coordinating with other departments, and achieving sales goals in a professional banking environment.

You will respond to inquiries promptly, uphold regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate records while supporting various account types and services.

Qualifications

• Two years customer service/sales experience in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of regulations related to financial institutions.
• PC literate, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and respond to member inquiries timely.
• Process loan applications and fund loans using Automated Decision Systems.
• Set up new accounts and services; cross-sell credit union products.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed; promote sales goals.
• Maintain accurate input and provide required disclosures.
