Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Member Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional service to members, process new accounts and loans, and promote RCUSG products. You will handle transactions, maintain confidentiality, and support branch goals by building strong relationships with members and the community.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, accurate documentation, and teamwork, with rotating Saturdays and opportunities to grow within a respected North Bay credit union that values

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial institution products and services, including loans.
• Skilled in counting and balancing cash.
• Ability to effectively cross-sell products and services using a needs-based approach.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule which includes rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers.
• Cross-sell RCU and RCUSG products and services.
• Open accounts and match Member needs to RCU and RCUSG products and services.
• Determine the appropriate loan product(s) to meet Member needs.
• Obtain information from Member to complete loan applications and collect proper documents.
• Complete loan-funding process and recommend additional products or services.
• Safeguard member information and ensure confidentiality.
