Job summary

Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union is hiring a branch associate responsible for providing members with excellent service, assisting with new accounts and loans, and cross-selling products. The role includes teller transactions and daily branch operations to support sales and service goals.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and at least six months of underwriting exposure, with ability to analyze credit reports. NMLS within six months is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; two years related experience and/or training.
• Six months underwriting experience required; ability to analyze credit reports.
• Basic knowledge of bank underwriting; familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with the highest level of service.
• Assist with new accounts and loans; cross-sell products and services.
• Perform teller transactions and branch operational tasks.
• Assist in planning and executing branch activities to meet annual goals.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and a positive attitude in service delivery.
