Mission City Federal Credit Union seeks a qualified candidate to join our team as a Member Service Associate. The role focuses on delivering exceptional member service, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and promoting credit union products and services.

You will conduct new account interviews, balance cash reserves, and engage in community business development activities while upholding BSA and OCC compliance. The position offers a friendly team environment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated record of member/customer service excellence in the financial services industry.
• Ability to profile member needs and recommend credit union products and services.
• Experience with cash handling and balancing cash reserves.
• Willingness to engage in community business development activities.

Responsabilités

• Handles member inquiries and processing of new transactions.
• Conducts new account and loan interviews and profiles member needs.
• Cross-sells appropriate products and services to meet financial needs.
• Processes loan requests and notifies members of loan decisions.
• Balances assigned cash reserves and maintains controls per policy.
• Ensures compliance with BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC and credit union policies.
