Qualifications

• Two years prior banking and customer service experience.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate, courteous, and timely professional service to existing and prospective members.
• Operate branch independently with minimal supervision.
• Meet and exceed branch membership and lending goals.
• Build relationships with members and identify opportunities to cross-sell products.
• Process loan and new membership applications following credit union processes.
• Process transfers and distributions, recording transactions per member requests.
• Perform credit card advances, receive loan payments, and service payments as required.
• Assist members by providing information about services and eligibility.
