Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in banking, retail, or another related field.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members and non-members with lending inquiries and loan applications.
• Open new accounts and handle deposit-related activities with accurate information.
• Process member transactions and balance cash drawers with accuracy.
• Build relationships with Members and use understanding of needs to refer suitable services.
