You will cross-sell credit union products, build relationships with members, and serve as the frontline contact for most member dealings.

Qualifications

• Experience in a financial institution or customer service environment.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process teller transactions including deposits and loan payments.
• Serve as primary contact and build relationships with members.
• Understand and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Help achieve branch goals for member experience and product cross-sells.
