Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in business, finance, or related discipline preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to become a notary public.
• Must complete TTCU Teller Program within 60 days of hire.
• Must complete TTCU Credit Union Advisor Training Program within 90 days of hire.
• Must complete CUNA FiCEP certification within 12 months of hire.
• Customer service experience in banking or retail: 1 year.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members and non-members with lending inquiries and loan applications.
• Open new accounts and deposits, ensuring complete and compliant information.
• Assist with account maintenance including debit cards and address changes.
• Balance cash drawer and handle transactions accurately.
• Build relationships with Members and refer appropriate services using KeyInsight.
• Ensure compliance with TTCU policies and procedures during all tasks.
