Ideal candidates have banking or financial services experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of loans, deposits, and accounts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial products including loans, deposits, and member accounts.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a member-facing, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with financial software and basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assisting with account inquiries, transactions, and financial needs.
• Open and maintain member accounts including checking, savings, and certificate accounts.
• Process loan applications and assist members through the lending process.
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate credit union products and services.
• Handle member concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and federal regulations.
• Support branch operations including teller transactions and daily balancing activities.
