Qualifications

• Customer service experience in banking, retail, or related field.
• Proficiency with internet navigation and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn proprietary software such as Keystone, OnBase, KeyInsight, Concur.
• Follow policies and procedures; demonstrate dependability and timeliness.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members and non-members with lending inquiries and loan applications.
• Open new accounts including deposit-related products and ensure compliance with TTCU policies.
• Assist Members with account inquiries and maintenance (debit cards, address changes, joint owners, OLB).
• Process member transactions efficiently and balance cash drawer accurately.
• Contribute to production and service goals by building trusting relationships and using KeyInsight to refer services.
