Teachers Credit Union in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a passionate Member Service Officer to greet members, answer questions, and help them achieve their financial goals. You will be the face of our credit union, delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with account inquiries and transactions, opening and maintaining member accounts, processing loan applications, and guiding members to the right products and services while

Qualifications

Prior experience in banking or financial services preferred.
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge of loans, deposits, and member accounts.
Ability to multitask in a member-facing environment.
Proficiency with financial software and basic computer applications.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional member service by assisting with account inquiries, transactions, and financial needs.
Open and maintain member accounts including checking, savings, and certificate accounts.
Process loan applications and assist members through the lending process.
Identify member needs and recommend appropriate credit union products and services.
Handle member concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and federal regulations.
Support branch operations including teller transactions and daily balancing activities.
