Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Member Specialist to support field sales and branch operations, providing service to members and insureds and assisting in selling memberships and insurance.

You will process changes, renewals, and billing, develop leads for agents, and collaborate with staff to cross-sell services. A valid Property and Casualty license and notary may be required; occasional travel is possible.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 1–3 years sales or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry.
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Notary Public – National Notary Association within 1 year required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance license, valid in selling state.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds.
• Sell memberships and assist in the sale of insurance to prospective insureds.
• Assist members with changes to existing policies or memberships, renewals, and billing.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Communicate positively and effectively with all staff and management.
• Provide service support for management, sales and life agents; engage in cross selling.
