AAA is seeking a Branch & Insurance Specialist to support Field Sales and Member Services within a local Portland branch. You will service members, process memberships, assist in insurance sales, and provide travel and related services.

The role emphasizes cross-selling and maintaining accurate records while delivering friendly, expert service. Responsibilities include updating member data, handling billing, notary transactions, and assisting with policy changes and renewals.

Qualifications

• High School GED is required.
• 4-6 years in branch member sales, service & operations or related experience preferred.
• Moderate knowledge of AAA products and services (insurance, travel counseling, maps, routing).
• Moderate data entry skills; proficient in MS Word and Excel; strong customer service skills.
• Notary Public – National Notary Association required; Property and Casualty Insurance License in selling state required.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds; maintain and update member information; identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Sell memberships and assist in selling insurance; handle policy changes, renewals, and billing information.
• Provide travel-related materials, book travel arrangements, and assist with passports if needed.
• Order and maintain insurance compliance reports and records; resolve member issues; escalate when needed.
• Process payments for memberships, insurance, and travel products; upgrade memberships where appropriate; balance cash drawer.
