Job summary

AAA Northern New England seeks a Branch & Insurance Specialist in Portland, ME to support Field Sales, provide member services, and assist in selling insurance products.

You will maintain member records in POS, identify cross-sell opportunities, handle payments, notary duties and coordinate travel-related services where applicable. Strong data entry and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 4–6 years of branch sales, service & operations experience preferred.
• Notary Public - National Notary Association required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License valid in selling state.
• Moderate knowledge of club systems (POS, MACS, VIEWPOINT, EICS, TRAVEL PORTAL, KRONOS, HUON, LEXUS/NEXUS).
• Moderate data entry, Word and Excel skills; advanced customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and meet cross-sell goals.
• Maintain member information in POS and update changes.
• Assist in the sale of insurance products and related services.
• Process payments for memberships, insurance and travel products.
• Balance cash drawer and perform Notary transactions as required.
