Qualifications

• High School GED or equivalent required.
• Moderate data entry and computer skills preferred.
• Advanced customer service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds; assist with insurance questions.
• Sell memberships and assist in insurance sales; process changes, renewals and billing inquiries.
• Handle payments, verify coverage, and provide required binders and documents.
• Develop insurance leads and support field agents and life specialists.
• Resolve issues using discretion and escalate when needed.
• Support management and sales staff; engage in cross-selling opportunities.
• Assist with clerical duties such as letters, forms and evidence of insurance.
