Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Portland, ME, seeks a client-focused Member Services Associate within Field Sales to support growth and service goals. You will assist members, process memberships and insurance support, and help cross-sell products while maintaining policy accuracy.

Responsibilities include handling walk-in and phone inquiries, updating member records in POS, providing travel materials, coordinating with insurance teams, and ensuring compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• High School GED or equivalent required.
• 4-6 years branch member sales, service & operations or related experience preferred.
• Notary Public and insurance license required in selling state.
• Proficient data entry and basic MS Word/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds; update member data in POS.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and meet cross-sell goals.
• Provide travel materials and assist with trip planning and bookings.
• Process payments and balance cash drawer; upgrade memberships when appropriate.
• Perform Notary transactions and maintain Notary commission.
