• Property and Casualty Insurance license required in selling state.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds.
• Assist in selling memberships and insurance products.
• Handle payments, billing information, and changes to policies.
• Provide information regarding memberships and insurance.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Resolve member issues with discretion and escalation when needed.
