AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Field Sales Support Specialist to assist agents and members with insurance products and memberships. You will handle routine and advanced duties, provide service, process documents, and support sales growth within the branch.

Responsibilities include serving walk-in and phone inquiries, handling billing information, and developing leads for sales agents. A Property & Casualty license is required, with state license within 1 year.

Qualifications

• High School GED or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Moderate data entry proficiency required.
• Basic MS Word/Excel skills preferred.
• Property and Casualty license required and active in selling state within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds; give information about memberships and insurance.
• Assist walk-in and telephone customers; sell memberships and help in selling insurance; manage changes to policies and billing.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Communicate effectively with staff; maintain positive relationships with management.
• Handle routine to complex transactions per guidelines; refer complex issues to higher level when needed.
