Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative to provide exceptional member and staff service at the Crunch Fitness club in The Woodlands. You will handle membership sales, check-ins, and promotions while ensuring a welcoming, clean environment reflective of Crunch service standards.

You’ll greet members, assist with enrollment, support group programs, tanning, and retail, and maintain a high-energy, organized front desk.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle membership sales and front desk operations.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and engagement.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Check-ins, answering phones, and front desk operations.
• Promote programs and events; maintain club cleanliness and order.
• Support new member enrollments and be grand-opening ready daily.
