Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe seeks a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the club in Texas. You will be the friendly first point of contact, handling member check-ins, sales, program promotions, and guest inquiries while upholding brand standards.

You will promote memberships, maintain a clean front desk, and support events and initiatives. A customer-service mindset, reliability, and basic CPR training are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests with enthusiasm and supports the Crunch SLA process.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare.
• Delivers on new member enrollment expectations, guest conversion, and Kickoff standards.
• Checks in all members and guests following company procedures and resolves check-in alerts.
• Answers phones in a courteous, professional manner; communicates events to members and guests.
