Planet Fitness is hiring a Member Services Representative to greet members and guests, provide an exceptional customer experience, and uphold the Judgement Free Zone in a welcoming, fast-paced gym. You will conduct tours for prospects, answer phones, assist callers, check members in, and help with new member sign-ups, ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
