Job summary

Flynn Fitness, part of Flynn Group, is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk. You will assist members, guests, and prospective members, manage check-ins, tours, and POS transactions in a fast-paced gym environment.

Responsibilities include greeting members, answering questions, processing memberships, and maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby. Training and accommodations provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, always providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the point-of-sale system.
• Utilize POS system to assist with new memberships and existing membership questions.
• Go above and beyond to keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
• Regular cleaning and upkeep of the facility, including exercise equipment, amenities, windows, mirrors, trash removal, and re-racking weights.
• Support team operations by adapting to new policies, procedures, and systems, and completing required training as assigned.
• Frequent restroom/locker room cleaning and stocking.
• Complete trainings and additional learning as directed.
