Job summary

Flynn Fitness, part of Flynn Group, seeks a friendly Member Services Representative at our Planet Fitness center. You will greet members, handle check-ins and tours, answer questions at the front desk, and support events while maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby and front area.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn in a busy fitness environment with occasional heavy lifting and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Assist with new memberships and existing member questions on the POS.
