Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Fremont, NE is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members and provide outstanding service at the front desk.

You will handle member check-ins, tours, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and update member accounts, while coordinating with the Club Manager or Team Lead. This role also emphasizes maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and strong communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members to provide a great customer experience.

• Facilitate member service issues and forward to Club Manager/Team Lead as needed.
