Job summary

The Jewish Community Center of Greater Columbus is seeking a Member Services Support Staff to welcome members and guests, verify membership status, and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately.

You will collaborate with the Member Services team to deliver outstanding customer service, manage inquiries, and maintain a friendly, professional environment on all shifts. This is a full-time, on-site role based at COLLEGE AVE in Columbus, OH.

Qualifications

• GED required; high school diploma preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year front desk receptionist experience.
• Experience in hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive members and visitors.
• Confirm membership status and registrations.
• Keep membership database accurate.
• Sell and complete sales transactions.
• Balance cash drawer after each shift.
• Agency point of contact for Building Operations.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Learn and follow emergency procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
